The Land Gallery Quality Control

Please be aware that colour and brightness/contrast settings on your Mac or PC may affect the colour of Land Gallery paintings.
The Land Gallery attempts to represent art works as accurately as possible. However there may be small differences in colour between the original works of art and the Land Gallery images (which may be due to your own set up of your own computer).
All The Land Gallery Artists use high quality and durable materials in the production of their artworks.
Any information that you may give us will be warmly welcomed as we strive to give the best customer service that we possibly can.

Purchase Of Land Gallery Artworks

To make a purchase from The Land Gallery:

Proceed to the artist of your choice’s gallery and select the art work that you’d like to buy.
Click ‘add to basket’ (You can add more than one artwork by one or more artists to your basket).
Proceed to ‘your basket’, where the artworks and total costs (inc. p&p) will be displayed for your convenience.
Proceed to checkout. Which when you have completed all the fields, you will be asked to click ‘Review Order’.
When you are happy with your order, you will be asked to complete your order with one of the below payment methods:

‘Complete Order Online’ -you’ll be taken to our secure online ‘Protx’ payment system, for payment with a credit/debit card.
‘Complete Postal Order’- for payments with Cheques etc.
The Land Gallery accepts the following cards: Visa, Master card, Switch.

Please allow time for cheques to clear and postage when paying by post.

Delivery Of The Land Gallery Artworks

The Land Gallery will endeavour to ship purchased artworks as soon as payments have been received and cleared.
Shipment costs are included in the price of The Land Gallery artworks.
Overseas shipments are welcomed and require a small extra cost for shipment. We will contact you about this when we receive your order.
The Land Gallery ships its artworks insured with a suitable courier.
The Land Gallery uses adequate packaging when shipping artworks.

The Land Gallery Guarantee of Satisfaction

We will refund on any item sent that is not as described or is damaged before it reaches you.
Please unwrap carefully as art works damaged during opening cannot be refunded.
If an artwork has to be returned to the Land Gallery , we cannot be held responsible for it, if it is lost or damaged before it arrives. For your own protection please take care to use an appropriate insured courier.
The Land Gallery will endeavour to respond to all complaints as soon as possible.
The Land Gallery reserves the right to refuse any order placed with us.
All goods are subject to availability.
